Where does this story start....

Mercature is a concept years in the making. There have been delays, arguments and setbacks well into the small hours along our path but we are immensely proud of what we bring to the market today. The complexity of what we are trying to achieve cannot be underestimated. 

We have bought together a passionate collective of exceptionally talented producers, industry people and software engineers to overcome this complexity and join the links in the chain.

This is just the start. So much has been thought of and so much is possible.  We have already commenced the build of stage two and well into scoping stage three and four. In the interest of continual improvement though, we need your help.

The beef industry is a supply chain. We have some of the smartest people across all its links advising us but by no means do we know everything. We are confident though, that we will reach a board collective of people that have some really good ideas. This will make Mercature better for the industry as a whole. Please give us your feedback right between the eyes, don't pull your punches.

Our industry has the best product in the world produced by the best operators. That in itself is a fantastic story. Use Mercature to tell it and trade it.
